The City of Farmington is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with the City’s mission, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Farmington Public Library is accepting applications for Part-time Library Assistant. Responsibilities include:  public desk and circulation duties, assisting patrons in locating materials, and answering technical questions. Strong focus on customer service, technology experience and team work. Must be 18 yrs. of age and available to work Saturdays. Pay:  $15.00/hr., 18 hrs./wk.
