How do I get a copy of an accident report?

For a copy of an accident report (at the cost of $10.00), come by City Hall between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday or requests can be mailed to P.O. Box 150, Farmington, Ar. 72730, please include a stamped self addressed envelope. Most accident reports can be obtained within 3-5 business days of the accident.
